The organisation

Denxor Labs is building something meant to grow.

An emerging technology organisation that develops products, cultivates ideas, delivers digital solutions and documents its work in public.

01Who we are

A lab with a long view.

Denxor Labs began from an ordinary frustration: a lot of everyday software asks for more than it needs, explains less than it should, and treats “it works” as good enough even when the person using it cannot tell what it is doing with their information.

We set out to do the opposite — and to do it as an organisation, not a one-off app. That means a growing body of work: products, experiments, client systems, events and a public record of how each one came together.

02Purpose, vision, direction

Why we exist and where we are heading.

Purpose

Build technology that earns its place in people's lives — useful, legible and respectful of their information.

Vision

A recognisable organisation with a body of work people can follow, use, commission and join.

Direction

Grow on purpose: new products and partnerships only when they meet the standard set by the first.

03What we are building

Areas of activity and capability.

A

Software products

Focused applications that do one thing well. ProofPay, a payment-evidence app for Android, is in active development.

B

Applied AI

Using AI where it makes a product clearer or more capable — with the person in control of their data.

C

Digital systems

Verification, records, content and data systems — the infrastructure that products depend on.

D

Consulting

Helping people and organisations plan and build considered digital products and systems.

E

The public record

Documenting events, experiments and milestones in the Content Centre.

04Organisational principles

The standard every project meets.

  1. Build useful technology

Every product traces back to an identifiable problem.

  2. Reduce unnecessary complexity

You should not need to understand the machinery to use it safely.

  3. Respect user trust

Privacy, transparency and security are considered while designing, not afterwards.

  4. Experiment responsibly

Room for unconventional ideas — never presenting an experiment as finished.

  5. Build for longevity

Maintainability is part of what “done” means.

  6. Keep improving

Every release teaches something that makes the next one better.
