Your payments.
Your records.
Your proof.
ProofPay helps you capture, organize and preserve payment evidence so important transactions are easier to find when you need them — instead of buried in old messages and screenshots.
Add proof your way.
Scan a receipt with your camera, import an image, a PDF or a DOCX — ProofPay reviews and extracts the key details before you save the record, so evidence is captured however it comes to you.
- Scan with camera
- Import image, PDF or DOCX
- Review the extracted details
- Save the receipt, encrypted and organized
Payments happen in seconds — SMS confirmations, screenshots, receipts, banking notifications, paper slips, different merchants, different dates. Payment evidence becomes scattered, and finding one specific payment later can become unnecessarily difficult. Payments happen in seconds. Finding proof shouldn't take forever.
Capture → organize → find → prove
What happens behind the scenes
A simplified look at what happens between a payment reaching your device and a record showing up in ProofPay — without exposing implementation detail that isn't useful to know.
A shared payment message or a scanned document
You share a supported payment message with ProofPay using your device's share function, or you scan/import a receipt as an image, PDF or DOCX.
Parsed and queued on-device
The message or document is read locally, held in an encrypted queue, and the relevant details — merchant, amount, date, reference — are extracted for you to review.
A structured, encrypted record
Once you confirm it, the record is saved to encrypted local storage — searchable, organized, and sitting behind your PIN or biometric unlock.
For the full technical breakdown, see the Trust Center or the Data & Security Policy.
What ProofPay does
Verification and payment confirmation are not the same thing — a receipt records information about a transaction; it doesn't independently guarantee the payment settled. ProofPay is built around that distinction.
Visuals on this page are concept renders used for product marketing, not literal app screenshots — replace with real captures once the interface is ready to show publicly.
From message to record.
ProofPay transforms supported payment notifications into structured transaction records, reducing the need to manually preserve every payment message. It recognizes information from supported transaction message formats — it doesn't claim compatibility with every bank, provider, or message format.
Supported transactions & message formatsYour payment history, organized.
Instead of searching through old messages, ProofPay gives your transaction information a structured home — merchant, amount, date, details and reference, all in one searchable place.
Know exactly where your money went.
Merchant, amount, date and reference are shown with clean visual hierarchy, so a transaction card tells the whole story at a glance.
Keep the evidence, not the clutter.
ProofPay helps preserve payment evidence in a form that's easier to access later — useful for confirming a payment, checking a previous transaction, resolving a dispute, reviewing spending, or keeping personal or business records.
See where your payments go.
Turn transaction history into information you can actually understand — spending patterns, transaction distribution and merchant activity. ProofPay is a record-keeping tool, not a source of financial advice.
Stay informed without exposing everything.
ProofPay can notify you about transaction activity, and its notification design is intentionally built to reduce exposure of sensitive transaction amounts in previews.
Security engineered into the architecture
ProofPay is security-conscious by design. Here's what that actually means, technically.
PIN protection
Authenticated with salted PBKDF2‑HMAC‑SHA256 using a high iteration count.
Biometric unlock
Unlock instantly with your device's fingerprint sensor, as an alternative to entering your PIN.
PIN lockout
Failed PIN attempts trigger escalating lockout / backoff behaviour.
Secure local storage
Sensitive queued transaction data uses encrypted storage backed by Android Keystore mechanisms.
Encrypted message queue
Transaction/SMS processing uses an encrypted queue rather than leaving pending data exposed in ordinary storage.
Private notifications
Notification content is designed to reduce exposure of sensitive transaction amounts.
No unnecessary permissions
ProofPay does not require the SEND_SMS permission.
Security engineered into the architecture — not marketed as military-grade, unhackable, or 100% secure, because no system honestly is. Full technical detail lives in the Data & Security Policy, or see the Trust Center for the plain-language version.
Every receipt can be verified.
Each ProofPay receipt carries a QR code. Scanning it with your phone's own camera opens the official Denxor Labs verifier, which checks the receipt's cryptographic signature and confirms it hasn't been altered — no app or account required. See how verification works.
Privacy by design
Good data protection starts with collecting and exposing less information than necessary — not with a policy document explaining what already happened.
Local protection
Transaction data is protected on-device with encrypted storage and Keystore-backed mechanisms.
Controlled visibility
Notifications are designed to avoid unnecessarily exposing sensitive transaction amounts.
You're in control
PIN authentication and app-level protections sit between your records and anyone else who has your phone.
Your records. Your access.
App access sits behind a PIN before any transaction record is shown.
Dark & light mode
ProofPay is designed to work in both dark and light appearance, so it fits how and when you use it.
Everything, in one place.
Capture, analytics, tamper-proof receipts and privacy — working together as one connected record.

ProofPay isn't infallible, and we'd rather say so
Message parsing can fail on a format ProofPay doesn't recognize yet. A blurry photo or an unusual receipt layout can throw off what gets extracted. A biometric sensor can occasionally misfire. None of this is unique to ProofPay — it's true of software generally — but pretending otherwise would make the product feel more trustworthy than it actually is, which defeats the point of an app built around proof.
That's why every capture goes through a review step before it's saved, and why the FAQ includes real troubleshooting answers instead of only the questions that make the product look good.

Less retyping, more reviewing.
ProofPay is designed to detect relevant transaction information from supported inputs, reducing the need for repetitive manual entry — every detected result still passes through you before anything is saved.
Detection works on supported payment message formats and scanned or imported documents — it isn't guaranteed to recognize every bank, provider, or layout, and it never claims to independently verify that a payment actually settled. See the FAQ for what happens when detection doesn't recognize something.
